Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans may change, and circumstances can arise that require adjustments to your scheduled services. To ensure a fair and transparent process, please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Advance Notice:
    • We kindly request a minimum of 1 full days advance notice for all cancellations. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.
  2. Cancellation Fees:
    • Cancellations made within the specified advance notice period will not incur any fees.
    • Cancellations made after the advance notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of £10.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.
  4. Rescheduling:
    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
  5. Exceptions:
    • Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made on a case-by-case basis, considering extenuating circumstances. Please communicate any such circumstances directly with our team.
  6. Communication:
    • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please leave us a email, text or contact us on social media. We need it in writting please NO voicemails.  We appreciate your timely communication.
